Cancellation, Termination and Refunds
Business clients
Templehill Agency provides digital marketing and related professional services in accordance with the scope, fees and payment terms set out in the applicable proposal, quotation or service agreement.
For business clients, cancellation and termination rights will be governed by the applicable agreement. Unless that agreement states otherwise, fees for services properly performed up to the effective termination date and third-party costs authorised or properly committed on the client's behalf remain payable.
Any advance payments, unused prepaid fees, deposits or cancellation charges will be dealt with in accordance with the relevant agreement and applicable law.
If you have concerns about the delivery of a service, please contact us promptly at [email protected], explaining the issue and the resolution sought. We will consider the matter in accordance with the agreement and our legal obligations.
Statutory consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or removes a statutory right or remedy that applies to a customer and cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
Where a customer qualifies as a consumer and has a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract, that customer may exercise the right within the applicable period by notifying us at [email protected] or by using the applicable cancellation form.
Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, refunds will be processed within the timeframe required by law and, where required, using the original payment method unless the customer agrees otherwise.
Where the law permits a charge for services supplied during a withdrawal period, any such charge will be calculated in accordance with the applicable legal requirements.
Where you request that a service begins during an applicable withdrawal period, any required express request and acknowledgement concerning the right to withdraw will be obtained separately before the service begins.
The terms in this section do not limit any mandatory rights concerning services that are not supplied, are not in conformity with the contract or otherwise fail to meet applicable legal requirements.
